Privacy Policy for Fireside Classic Games

Fireside Classic Games is an application developed and published by Ulsh Solutions, LLC (“Ulsh Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Fireside Classic Games is designed to provide a simple, private, device-based gaming experience. The current version does not require an Ulsh Solutions account, and your locally stored gameplay information is not transmitted to or stored on Ulsh Solutions servers.

Ulsh Solutions does not directly collect or store personal information you enter into Fireside Classic Games.

1. Information Stored by Fireside Classic Games

Fireside Classic Games may store information locally on your device that is necessary to operate the application or preserve your gaming experience.

Depending on the features available in the application, this may include:

• Game progress
• Scores or statistics
• Saved games
• Game settings
• Preferences
• Information necessary for normal application operation

This information is stored locally on your device and is not maintained in a user database operated by Ulsh Solutions.

Fireside Classic Games does not require you to create an account with Ulsh Solutions.

2. Local Data Storage

Fireside Classic Games is designed primarily as a device-based application.

Your locally stored game information remains on your device and is not synchronized to an Ulsh Solutions account or Ulsh Solutions-operated cloud service in the current version of the application.

Because this information is stored locally, deleting the application, clearing application data, losing the device, or replacing the device may result in loss of locally stored game information, subject to any backup or restoration functionality independently provided by your device or operating system.

3. Free and Paid Games

Fireside Classic Games offers both free and paid functionality.

Additional games and/or features may be available through a paid subscription.

The games and features available through free and paid versions, as well as applicable subscription pricing and terms, are displayed within the application and/or applicable app store before purchase and may change over time.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid Fireside Classic Games subscriptions are processed through the app store or payment platform through which the subscription is purchased.

Ulsh Solutions does not directly collect or store your payment-card number or other payment-account credentials.

Payment processing, subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and related transactions may be handled by the applicable app store or payment provider and are subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Fireside Classic Games may receive or access information necessary to determine whether a valid purchase or subscription is active so that the application can unlock the games or features included with that purchase.

This may include a purchase or entitlement status supplied through the applicable platform.

Ulsh Solutions does not use purchase or entitlement information to create advertising profiles or track users across unrelated applications or services.

5. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

The current version of Fireside Classic Games does not include Ulsh Solutions-operated advertising or behavioral tracking.

Ulsh Solutions does not sell personal information or share Fireside Classic Games information for targeted or behavioral advertising.

Ulsh Solutions does not use your gameplay information to track you across other applications or websites.

6. App Store and Platform Information

Fireside Classic Games is distributed through third-party platforms, such as app stores, and operates on devices and operating systems provided by third parties.

These platforms may independently collect and process information associated with downloading, purchasing, installing, updating, subscribing to, or using an application. They may also provide Ulsh Solutions with aggregated or platform-generated information concerning matters such as downloads, purchases, subscriptions, application performance, or diagnostics.

Information independently collected by an app store, operating system provider, device manufacturer, or other third party is subject to that provider’s privacy practices.

Ulsh Solutions does not control the information those third parties independently collect.

7. Children’s Privacy

Fireside Classic Games may contain traditional, classic, or family-friendly games that can be enjoyed by users of different ages.

Ulsh Solutions does not knowingly collect personal information entered by children through the current version of Fireside Classic Games.

Fireside Classic Games does not require users to create an Ulsh Solutions account or provide their name, email address, or other contact information to Ulsh Solutions in order to play locally available games.

Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of devices, applications, and app-store purchasing features as they consider appropriate.

8. Data Security

Fireside Classic Games’ architecture is designed to minimize the amount of user information maintained by Ulsh Solutions.

Because game information is primarily stored locally, its security depends in part on the security of your device and operating system.

Ulsh Solutions does not maintain a server-side copy of your locally stored Fireside Classic Games progress or gameplay information.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Ulsh Solutions does not maintain a server-side database containing your locally stored Fireside Classic Games progress, scores, saved games, or preferences.

Locally stored information can generally be removed by clearing applicable application data or uninstalling Fireside Classic Games, subject to the behavior of your device’s operating system and any device-level backup services you use.

App stores and payment providers may retain purchase and subscription records according to their own legal obligations, policies, and privacy practices.

10. Future Features

Ulsh Solutions may introduce additional Fireside Classic Games functionality in the future, including optional synchronization between devices, online multiplayer functionality, cloud-based game saves, leaderboards, or other online services.

If future functionality changes the information Ulsh Solutions collects, processes, transmits, or stores, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate before or when those changes become effective.

We will not treat this Privacy Policy as authorization to begin collecting categories of personal information that are materially different from the practices described here without updating our disclosures as appropriate.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Fireside Classic Games, applicable laws, platform requirements, or our business practices.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this policy.

Material changes affecting how user information is handled may also be communicated through the application, our website, or other appropriate means.
