Privacy Policy for Sahavo

Sahavo is an application developed and published by Ulsh Solutions, LLC (“Ulsh Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Sahavo is designed with privacy and simplicity in mind. The current version of Sahavo does not require an Ulsh Solutions account, and your customer, invoice, billing, and business information is stored locally on your device rather than on Ulsh Solutions servers.

Ulsh Solutions does not directly collect or store personal information you enter into Sahavo.

1. Information You Enter Into Sahavo

Information you enter into Sahavo is stored locally on your device.

Depending on how you use Sahavo, this may include:

• Customer or client information
• Contact information
• Invoice information
• Billing records
• Payment or income records
• Business information
• App preferences and settings

Ulsh Solutions does not receive or maintain a server-side copy of this information.

Sahavo does not require you to create an account with Ulsh Solutions.

We do not use information you enter into Sahavo for advertising, profiling, marketing, or sale to third parties.

2. Local Data Storage

Sahavo is designed primarily as a device-based application. Your Sahavo business data remains on your device unless you choose to transmit it using a feature of the application, such as sending an invoice or backup through your email service.

Because this information is stored locally, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device and accounts.

3. Backup Files

Sahavo may generate a backup file containing app data when you perform certain actions, such as billing customers.

This feature is intended to provide you with a recoverable copy of your Sahavo information if your device is lost, damaged, replaced, or otherwise becomes unavailable.

When Sahavo sends or facilitates sending a backup file to an email account you control, the backup is transmitted through the email services and systems involved in delivering that message.

Ulsh Solutions does not receive or store a copy of your backup file on its servers.

Once a backup file is transmitted through an email provider, that provider’s privacy practices, security measures, and terms may apply to the transmission and storage of the message and attachment.

4. Email Functionality

Sahavo may allow you to use email functionality on your device to send invoices, backups, or other information.

Ulsh Solutions does not collect or maintain copies of the contents of those emails on its servers.

Your use of an email service is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of your email provider.

5. Free and Paid Versions

Sahavo offers both free and paid functionality.

Certain features or usage levels may require a paid Sahavo subscription.

The features available through free and paid versions, as well as applicable subscription pricing and terms, are displayed within the application and/or applicable app store before purchase and may change over time.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid Sahavo subscriptions are processed through the app store or payment platform through which the subscription is purchased.

Ulsh Solutions does not directly collect or store your payment-card number or other payment-account credentials.

Payment processing, subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and related transactions may be handled by the applicable app store or payment provider and are subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Sahavo may receive or access information necessary to determine whether a valid purchase or subscription is active so that the application can provide the appropriate paid features. This may include a purchase or entitlement status supplied through the applicable platform.

Ulsh Solutions does not use purchase or entitlement information to create advertising profiles or track users across unrelated apps or services.

7. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

The current version of Sahavo does not include Ulsh Solutions-operated advertising or behavioral tracking.

Ulsh Solutions does not sell personal information or share Sahavo business data for targeted or behavioral advertising.

Ulsh Solutions does not use information entered into Sahavo to track users across other applications or websites.

8. App Store and Platform Information

Sahavo is distributed through third-party platforms, such as app stores, and operates on devices and operating systems provided by third parties.

These platforms may independently collect and process information associated with downloading, purchasing, installing, updating, subscribing to, or using an application. They may also provide Ulsh Solutions with aggregated or platform-generated information concerning matters such as downloads, purchases, subscriptions, application performance, or diagnostics.

Information collected independently by an app store, operating system provider, device manufacturer, email provider, or other third party is subject to that provider’s privacy practices.

Ulsh Solutions does not control the information those third parties independently collect.

9. Children’s Privacy

Sahavo is not designed or directed specifically toward children under 13.

Ulsh Solutions does not knowingly collect through Sahavo personal information entered by children.

Because Sahavo is intended primarily for invoicing and business-related activities, children should use the application only with appropriate parental or guardian supervision where applicable.

10. Data Security

Sahavo’s architecture is designed to minimize the amount of user information maintained by Ulsh Solutions.

Because your Sahavo business information is primarily stored locally, its security depends in part on the security of your device, operating system, email account, and any backups you maintain.

We encourage users to protect their devices and email accounts using appropriate security measures, including device passcodes, biometric authentication where available, and secure account credentials.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Ulsh Solutions does not maintain a server-side database containing the customer, invoice, billing, or business information you enter into Sahavo.

You can generally remove locally stored Sahavo information by deleting information within the application or uninstalling the application, subject to the behavior of your device’s operating system and any device-level backup services you use.

Backup files that have been sent to an email account must be managed or deleted through that email account or provider.

App stores and payment providers may retain purchase and subscription records according to their own legal obligations, policies, and privacy practices.

12. Future Features

Ulsh Solutions may introduce additional Sahavo functionality in the future, including optional synchronization between devices, cloud backup, additional email integrations, or other online services.

If future functionality changes the information Ulsh Solutions collects, processes, transmits, or stores, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate before or when those changes become effective.

We will not treat this Privacy Policy as authorization to begin collecting categories of personal information that are materially different from the practices described here without updating our disclosures as appropriate.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Sahavo, applicable laws, platform requirements, or our business practices.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this policy.

Material changes affecting how user information is handled may also be communicated through the application, our website, or other appropriate means.
