What we collect, and what we do not.
This page sets out the commitments that apply across the whole studio. Each app then has its own policy covering exactly what that app collects.

Policies by app
Each app collects different things, so each has its own policy. These are the pages to link from App Store Connect.
Studio-wide commitments
We build apps that ask for nothing. We do not collect personal information, we do not sell data, we do not show ads, and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. Anything a specific app collects is disclosed on that app’s own privacy page — and right now, that is nothing at all.
We do not collect personal information
Our apps do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information. There is no account to create and no sign-in, because there is nothing for us to sign you in to.
We do not sell or share your data
We have never sold personal data and we do not share it with data brokers, advertisers, or analytics networks. There is no revenue model here that depends on your information — our apps are funded by optional subscriptions, not by attention or data.
No ads, and no tracking across apps or websites
Our apps contain no advertising of any kind, in the free versions as well as the paid ones. We do not embed third-party advertising or attribution SDKs, and none of our apps ask for tracking permission, because none of them track you.
Your data stays on your device
Where a feature can work entirely on your device, we build it that way. In practice that means our apps work with no internet connection at all, and there is no server holding a copy of what you do in them.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. In almost every case the answer will be that we hold nothing, because we never received anything. Email info@ulshsolutions.com and we will respond within 2 business days.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the CCPA/CPRA. We extend the same core rights — access, correction, deletion, and portability — to everyone regardless of location.
Children
Our apps are suitable for general audiences and do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13. Because no personal information is collected at all, there is nothing for a parent or guardian to request the deletion of.
Purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple and Google. We never see your payment details — the app stores tell us only that a subscription is active, never who you are. Billing questions and refunds are handled through the store you purchased from.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to how we handle personal data, we will update the effective date on this page and, where the change affects a specific app, on that app’s privacy page. Continued use of an app after a change means you accept the revised policy.
